Kombucha – The Perfect Club

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved receiving boxes in the post, the endless possibilities of what could be inside, my imagination ran wild, but today, as an adult I still relish in the joys of not knowing what’s inside the box, the only thing I did know, is that it’s going to be good.

If you don’t know what Kombucha is here’s the best explanation: Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened black or green tea drink commonly consumed for its purported health benefits – Wikipedia

The good bacteria and yeasts feed off the sweet tea, consumes the sugar and produce delicious flavour compounds and acids along with a gentle fizz for a thirst quenching drink.

Kombucha Tea started gaining popularity during the 90s in the US, it has more recently caught on in the UK and people are genuinely loving it.

Kombucha Warehouse’s new Kombucha Club is the only mixed brand Kombucha subscription box in the world with the largest selection of Kombucha in the UK – giving you a taste of 6 different gut-loving drinks from local breweries and global brands.

If you want to become a member of this exciting club, then on the 1st of each month you can receive your very own box, containing 6 new innovative Kombuchas from some of the UK’s most exciting independent breweries and their founders record an unboxing and taste-testing video so you can explore the flavours of each new drink with them.

It costs £18, and you can have a box delivered every week, bi-weekly or every month, depending on how much you crave these Kombuchas, you can cancel anytime and it has free shipping, which is a welcome bonus.

Each Kombucha is unique, from the very smooth and meditation-filled Oichi to the fizzy display of blueberry and lavender of Loving Foods to the silky-smooth taste of homegrown green and pink flavours from River Cottage.

The one thing each Kombucha does have in common is the healthy and very relaxing experience you get when tasting them.

I’ve not had the best of luck with Kombuchas in the past, but I truly mean this when I say it, I am drinking my new favourite Kombucha while writing this article thanks to Kombucha Warehouse.
