Think about it, how much testing did you do for your original product? Did you conduct surveys? Did you put the effort in to make sure that everything was perfect? It may be that your customers are not satisfied with the product that you are providing, or that they believe that your competition is offering more value. If you know that there is nothing wrong with your product then it may be that you need to try and change your pricing strategy. This is especially the case if your competition is offering way more affordable pricing compared to what you are offering.
